About Me

Raised in Vancouver, BC (ref. Douglas Coupland's Souvenir of Canada), Hypegirl attended San Francisco State University and earned an honors degree in Film Theory/Fine Arts and was a few credits shy of a minor in pretentiousness (though she was later given an honorary degree by the SFSU interpretive dance department). A resident of Los Angeles, Hypegirl is a new mother - and she thought she was busy before the baby was born. Once, in an argument, she called herself "a professional drinker." But only really to make a point.
